Pictures and posts dedicated to our abiding love for travel; to giving in to the allure of a sun-drenched elsewhere**; to coming into your own by stepping away, every now and again, from all things familiar.

About Us

Kapil was born in Bangalore, India and grew up in Dubai. When he is not persuading companies about the merits of process improvement methodologies, Kapil is composing short stories with his camera. His beautiful photographs will do most of the talking for him on this blog. (See more of his work on: www.lenskap.com).

Long walks, stunning sunsets and autumn colours on trees tend to make Kapil generally a man of few words wax lyrical. Ironically, these very things make his otherwise never-lost-for-words travel and life partner, Reshma, quiet and introspective.

Reshma grew up in Bangalore. As a child, she wished she could skip school and be gofer to a team of travelling Nat Geo journos. This felt like a great way to travel the world on the cheap while also escaping the tedium of schoolwork. She now funds her travel aspirations by selling marketing ideas to companies.

Kapil and Reshma met, fell in love and got married in Bangalore. They now live in Melbourne, Australia.
